In this life, we are faced with the choice of doing things according to our own understanding and desires, or aligning our actions with the will of the Lord. When we choose to follow our own inclinations, we can expect outcomes that are reflective of our efforts, but when we surrender to God's way, we open ourselves to experiencing the results that He intends for us.  Whose agenda will you say, “Yes” to…yours or God’s?

Saying "Yes" to God's invitation requires an unwavering trust in His plan, unwavering courage in the face of uncertainty, and a continual willingness to realign our priorities and perspectives with His perfect agenda. Simon Peter moves from semi-follower of Jesus to forsaking all and following Him after taking Jesus at His Word.  Have you forsook all and followed Jesus?  Have you became a fisher of people?

A pivotal moment in history occurred when God approached Mary and entrusted her with a crucial role in His grand plan of redemption for all humanity. Her unequivocal and resounding YES set in motion a series of events that would ultimately change the course of the world.  Similarly, God is approaching you with a crucial role to play in His plan of redemption.  Will you say, “Yes”?

The young boy Samuel heard God’s voice but needed help discerning who was speaking to him.  We also need help recognizing God's voice experientially and through reading His Word.

As we approach the end of another year, it is natural for us to reflect on the experiences and challenges we faced. Looking back not only gives us an opportunity to assess our growth but also serves as an empowering reminder of the faithfulness of God in our lives. May our past experiences anchor us in faith as we walk boldly into the future, knowing that the best is yet to come.

The Christmas season is a time of unparalleled joy and wonder. It is a time when hearts are filled with a profound sense of gratitude and awe, for it represents the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. As believers, we are called to rejoice in this redemption that God has graciously bestowed upon us. Our joy is not fleeting or temporary, but rather, it is a deep-rooted, abiding joy that transcends circumstances and fills our souls with an undeniable peace.

Jesus (the Prince of Peace) desires to provide comfort, solace, and reassurance to His people as well as to a world suffering in pain and distress. In His infinite compassion, Jesus yearns to breathe life into weary souls, embrace the brokenhearted, and bring healing to all those who are burdened by the weight of their afflictions.
